Terms and Conditions of the

Gift Cards

Doca de Letras gift certificates are intended exclusively for the purchase of books at the Doca de Letras store, located in Ericeira.

1. Validity

Each gift card is valid for 24 months from the date of purchase.

2. Use

• The gift card can be used for one or more purchases until the available balance is used up.

• The remaining balance remains available until the end of the validity period.

• The value of the voucher cannot be converted into cash.

3. Eligible Products

Gift cards are valid exclusively for the purchase of books available at Doca de Letras.

They cannot be used to purchase other products, including stationery, magazines, tobacco, games, gifts, or services.

4. Insufficient funds

If the purchase amount exceeds the balance available on the gift card, the customer may pay the difference using any of the payment methods accepted by the store.

5. Loss or misuse

Doca de Letras is not responsible for vouchers that are lost, stolen, damaged, or used by third parties without the holder's authorization.

6. Refund

Gift certificates are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, except when required by law.

7. Changes

Doca de Letras reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions whenever necessary, without affecting the rights already acquired by customers.
