Gift Vouchers

Doca de Letras Gift Vouchers are intended exclusively for the purchase of books at the Doca de Letras store, located in Ericeira.

1. Validity

Each gift voucher is valid for 24 months from the date of purchase.

2. Usage

• The gift voucher can be used for one or more purchases until the available balance is used up.

• The remaining balance stays available until the end of the validity period.

• The voucher value cannot be exchanged for cash.

3. Eligible products

Gift Vouchers are valid exclusively for the purchase of books available at Doca de Letras.

They cannot be used to purchase other products, including stationery, magazines, tobacco, games, gifts, or services.

4. Insufficient balance

If the purchase amount exceeds the available balance on the voucher, the customer may pay the difference using any payment method accepted by the store.

5. Loss or misuse

Doca de Letras is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or unauthorized use of vouchers by third parties.

6. Refunds

Gift Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, except when required by law.

7. Changes

Doca de Letras reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions whenever necessary, without prejudice to rights already acquired by customers.
